Responsibilities
Acts as the Title VI Administrator for HRPDC and HRTPO, which ensures that the agencies are in compliance with federal and state Title VI and Civil Rights statutes and regulations; Serves as an advisor and subject matter expert promoting staff engagement and feedback in support of DEI strategies and best practices; Acts as the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) liaison between HRPDC/HRTPO and represented localities, with an emphasis on involving local communities in the civic engagement process.
